Happy October Ladies!  I want so much to wear a nice sweater and boots, but clearly Alabama doesn’t agree.  I’ll be over here with my hot apple cider waiting.

We have had a vey busy start to the year.  It was great to see so many faces, new and old, gathering in September.  We even almost had too many people to seat, but we worked it out and I think a  good time was had by al.   Just a reminder to  RSVP to the evite before noon on the Friday before the luncheon. And Believe me, you don’t want to miss this one!  Halloween and Bunco all at the same place,  two of my favorite things!

I want to give a shout out to MOAA, and all of our members who came out in the heat to help out.  MOAA is a very generous contributor to our club and the scholarships that will be giving out in May.

Thank you to Susan Perna and the board for a wonderful Newcomer’s welcome.  We are looking forward to getting know all of you in the year to come!

We had a busy September, and October looks to be productive as well.  Plans are under way for our Gala at the Garden In February.  We’d love to see some new faces on the planning committee.

We are selling wreaths for Wreaths Across America again.  There will be a link in the Ways and Means section.  Fern has set our goal at 250 wreathes!  We can do it!

Blessings  until we meet again.

The RSAMCC is very excited to welcome our new members for the 2018-2019 year to our first luncheon of this board’s “Come Flamingle With Us” motto.
We invite all of our current members and guests to join us for our September 11th luncheon program  “RED WHITE & BLOOM with Redstone.” This program will highlight getting to know our new members and spotlight the Huntsville Botanical Garden with a presentation by Ashley Ross.
We will also be highlighting monthly community outreach organizations.  For the month of September we will feature Huntsville’s A New Leash for Life, an organization that makes the world a better place for homeless pets and for the people who love them. RSAMCC will be collecting items for that organization at the October luncheon.
The RSVP deadline is September 7.

Welcome to our returning members and a special “aloha” welcome to our newest members! Thank you to the Board for putting on a fantastic Super Sign-up!! We had a record number of brand new members signing up for our club. Way to go ladies!!

You won’t want to miss our very first luncheon “True Colors”, a communication seminar that will teach us how to understand all the different personalities and how to relate to one another. Debbie McGee, CEO with PZI International Consulting, Inc. will be our guest presenter. Please sign up today!

The Fall calendar is filling up fast with many great activities and volunteer opportunities in and around Redstone. Thank you for being a part of our wonderful Redstone Arsenal Community
