The Redstone Arsenal Military and Civilians’ Club (RSAMCC) will be hosting our annual Pineapple Open April 25, 2025. This is our biggest source of funding for our Merit Awards and Community Grants. We continue to strive to serve our military service members, their families and our local community through volunteer service as well as providing our community assistance grants and educational scholarships for qualified military and civilian dependents and organizations. Sponsorship support last year was phenomenal! Last year, we were able to provide merit scholarships and community grants in the amount of $13,000. RSAMCC would like to form partnerships with sponsor organizations to not only meet this goal, but to exceed it! We ask for your generosity in achieving this goal.
We would like to invite you to participate in, and/or Sponsor the Pineapple Open by providing a monetary donation in support of this event. All sponsor levels will receive recognition in the program, a corporate link on the RSAMCC website and recognition in our newsletter. Sponsorship Registration is now open thru April 11th!

Registration Steps & Form

Read thru the Sponsorship level options above and decide which level(s) you would like to select. Please note that sponsorships that include teams are no longer available as spaces have been filled. If you would like to sponsor but do not see a level that meets your sponsorship amount that you intend to offer, please contact us at the email at the bottom of this section. All proceeds from the tournament go directly to our Merit Awards and Community Grants.
Complete the first page of the Sponsorship form (make sure to indicate how many of each sponsorship you would like to do (for instance you can select a combination of sponsorships i.e. Gold and Lunch together or select more than one of any level i.e. multiple hole sponsorships means your logo can then be put in front of more than one hole).
After your click on the Submit Button you will be redirected to the payment page where you can select Express Checkout (Paypal or Venmo accounts) or to proceed to other payment options confirm your customer details and click Continue. You will then be sent to the Checkout Page where you will select PayPal or Offline Payment (Please note that this PAYPAL check out step is for credit cards with no PayPal account required and no fee. You will enter your credit card info in the next step). With either option you will select Place Order & Pay. If you selected Offline Payment then you will be instructed on how to get your payment to us. If you selected PayPal then you will be directed to PayPal where you will enter your card info.
After you successfully complete the Registration you will see a success message and also receive a confirmation email. If you did not submit your logo in the form you will need to contact our 2nd Vice President Kate Pokemire to submit the image. If your sponsorship included a team or teams and you did not submit all the names on those teams, you will need to follow up with Kate and email her either your intention of filling the team or with the team members names no later than March 14th. After that date we reserve the right to fill those empty spots with other golfers if we have not heard from you. If you selected Offline Payment, you will need to contact Kate to arrange for Payment or let her know if it is being mailed. If paying online you have the option of express checkout with PayPal or Venmo if you have an account with them or you can elect to enter your credit card info via PayPal with no account required.

If paying offline you will select manual payment during the checkout process and contact Kate Pokemire at rsamcc2ndvicepresident@gmail.com to arrange payment or follow the instructions on mailing your check in your confirmation email. Please note payments must be received before the tournament date.

Logo upload

To ensure your company's logo is properly displayed on our website and in print, please upload a high resolution jpg of the logo or graphic with a resolution of 300+. If you do not have that at this time please email it to RSAMCC2ndVicePresident@gmail.com. Images must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the tournament date to be in the printed material. Images may be resized to fit our templates. Horizontal versions are requested.

All Sponsorship Submissions are final and no refunds will be issued after submission. Event is rain or shine. Sponsorship details are listed above the form on this page. Payment must be submitted prior to two weeks before the tournament. Sponsors will not be placed in print or web materials until payment has been received. The Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RSAMCC and the host facilities and their employees, volunteers or their representatives against any and all liabilities for damage, injury or loss to all persons and any and all claims arising out of acts or omissions of sponsors, their employees or their representatives.
